During the audit they taped our custom wooden floor vent outlets, ripping from the floor the top protection resulting in damaging the floor vents. They replaced some LED lights as part of the audit and broke an expensive ceiling light fixture. Furthermore, they did not even complete the audit.
The first time I called Aiello the said it would be a $69 service charge when I already had several people come out free of charge so I did not bother. I then called back about 2 days later and was told that I would not be charged for an estimate on a new furnace so I went with it. I ended up spending almost 50% more on a new furnace I believe; $5,000!! I'm not complaining even though I spent so much because the entire team of professionals were indeed very customer service friendly from start to finish. They came out with a team of 4-5 men and spent a good 6 or so hours replacing my furnace. They team included plumbers, electricians etc and all the other trades needed to complete the job.

Subsequent 2nd and 3rd opinions by credible service companies found no problem with heat exchanger or furnace. This including the gas company which does not sell or install but tested for CO and found ZERO problem. False diagnosis by the company subject of this review. I had some serious electricity issues on Saturday night, I called Aiello and they got right back to me.
And we're only getting better from here. We had 2 technicians out for our annual service call. Both Doug and Rob did thorough inspections, explained status and offered recommendations where needed.

I was in an emergency situation with an appraiser coming to my home in 2 days and I feel VERY taken advantage of. They had to come to my home twice because the job was not done correctly the first time and I had no heat afterward. They initially tried to charge me for the whole drain and purge a second time. Found out later local plumber would have done the same work for $800 and I paid $1400.

I can't say enough good about these guys. We'll be doing more business with Aiello, for sure. Matt Rose did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fans! We had him back a second time to check our baseboards and he has been great to work with! We also hired Pete, a plumber with Aiello and he also did a great job installing a new diverter in our shower!
After many reminders, one Aiello Home Service manager showed up with his crew. They acknowledged and confirmed the damages caused by Aiello crew during the audit. Aiello Manager promised he would send another crew to fix the damages and follow up to complete the energy audit. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response to address my damages. Aiello technicians are very competent, polite, clean, and efficient.
I do think Aiello's prices are too high. If the prices were more in line with independent plumbing services, I would give 5 stars. Rocco #1 did a great Job with the install of my new indirect stand alone hot water heater.

Fair pricing willing to go above and beyond to complete work fairly and professionally. Conduct my work to safety standards and codes. I will use them again because of their responsiveness. Some plumbers keep you hanging for years, but these guys actually show up. The problem with them is they charge you through the nose, but if you really need somebody, like, the next day, you can count on them. That's pretty much how they operate and we use them for that reason.
I was trying to quote a project to have a whole house humidifier installed. Job took longer than anticipated but objective, to replace switch and have kitchen light fixture work again, was attained. Kaitlin and Bob were very informative and pleasant from start to finish, we thank them both for their outstanding help and service.
After this, a week later and the thermostat which is digital and wifi is not connecting to the new furnace. I placed a call and the came out within 30 min and temporarily fixed the problem that they did not know at the time was a temp fix. Placed another call 2 days later and they were back out to take another look. It ended up being some Wire that needs to be fixed/replaced. Needless to say Aiello is definitely very pricey but in the end you get what you pay for.
They arrived on time, took the time to advise me on what they were doing and the benefits of doing it. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond when I asked. I was quite pleased by the end result. Aiello is a high paced company, the upper management staff gives you your goals and then lets you go and achieve them. Co-Workers are great to work with, everyone knows their position and mission. Most days fly by with all the activity that is going on.
We've had Aiello Home Services at our home many times over the years for services ranging from minor plumbing to replacing our home air-conditioning system. Most recently, Aiello replaced our furnace and two hot water heaters. Aiello's technicians performed exactly as Tim had outlined for us to expect. Tim was careful and thoughtful with his recommendations, offered us multiple choices, and provided his opinions when we requested he do so. We couldn't be more pleased with Tim Lynch and Aiello Home Services. Aiello Home Service was appointed by Energize CT to do home energy Audit.
When we had no heat, they determined there was excessive suction because I did not buy oil from them and there was sludge. I got a second opinion from another company and got a different assessment saying the lines needed to be blown out instead and the pump replaced. They only charged $151.55 for all of that. When I called for a service appointment I was told there normal service was $372 to clean the furnace but it was on sale for $185 since it's summer.
